  2. InDesign rulers switched to inches when document sizes specified in inches
  3. PLC gutter amount is added to margins towards the spine on front and back covers for improved centre alignment
  4. Imprint artwork aligned towards the spine on front and back covers is moved away from gutter on creation
  5. Paper and cover stock for spine lookups only required to be set for titles of 96pp and under
  6. New command Create menu > Create Interiors to start new internal page documents based on Biblio data applying page sizes, margins, grids, page extents, preferences, layering and file naming
  7. New command Create menu > Amend Interiors to adapt and resize existing internal page documents, including those not iniitally created with GreenLight

  9. On choosing to run a GreenLight checklist, the user is now prompted and given option to add a GreenLight Info panel if one is not yet present

  11. Introduction of centralised PDF Preset WBG_2026_PDFX4_Preset to Walker Books Group settings which GreenLight uses for PDF export by adapting to requirements

  1. When running checks on a file for the first time, GreenLight asks user to select the WBG checklist to use
  2. Once a document has a GreenLight report, checklists are read in and reused without prompting. To switch checklists for a document, remove the GreenLight report or layer.
